I started my Yoga journey after years of suffering from back pain scoliosis, causing lots of physical and mental issues.
I want to encourage people to live a healthy lifestyle through Yoga, mobility and functional movement. Movements you use in every day life, like lunging, squatting, twisting and core work. It requires you to move multiple joints and increasing your range of motion as well as getting stronger. My classes combine modern movements and Vinyasa Yoga.
I moved from Thailand to Ghent in the spring of 2022 and enjoy my life here with my partner.
